Wedding DJ & Dance Club DJ

A club DJ is going to introduce an entertainment atmosphere into any wedding reception. The club DJ is accustomed to an atmosphere where people want to get pumped up and enjoy music, light shows (sometimes) and stomping beats.

This may interrupt the flow of very sedate and formal wedding, or it may be the highlight of a long day spent at a church or synagogue. If the banquet facility or dining hall allows the scale for a light show, a club DJ might work very well and make the wedding even more memorable. Sometimes the atmosphere of a club at a wedding reception confuses guests who are expecting a more formal affair.

If a club DJ is hired for your wedding, make sure the musical selections have been pre-approved. Make sure the policy is clear about inappropriate language, overtly sexual themes, suggestive lyrics or atmosphere projected during the deejay sets. Many brides and grooms may feel that a club DJ is a very fun and contemporary way to wind up a formal ceremony, but without careful planning, it may not be for everyone - especially an older crowd.
